Why was the flight cancelled?
EL AL is doing its best to honor your reservations and to keep to our operations schedule.
Due to the increased sanctions in the company your flight was canceled.
What about the price of the flight and the additional services purchased?
According to the law, you will receive a full refund within 21 days for the ticket and additional services purchased via the payment channel chosen.
Will I receive a refund for my connecting flight?
If you purchased your connecting flight with EL AL you will receive a full refund within 21 days for the ticket via the payment channel chosen. If you purchased your ticket separately (and not part of the EL AL ticket) you will need to contact the relevant airline.
Can you book me an alternative flight?
EL AL will do its utmost to find you an alternate flight, at the earliest scheduling available. In the event flights are not available, we will fully refund your ticket to the same form of payment.
