Upgrade Priority
It is important to make sure that your flight reservation includes up-to-date telephone numbers for notifying you if your flight has been upgraded.
This way we can assure you that your name appears among the candidates for a last minute upgrade and we will do our best to upgrade your ticket. We want to emphasize that if you are going to be accompanied by a child under 12 years of age, we will not be able to offer you this option of a last minute upgrade, which would mean separating you from the child.
We recommend checking your preferences on the My Profile page 72 hours before every flight to make sure that your preferences reflect your wishes.
You can update your preferences at any time on the Matmid Club website.
