EL AL is updating the order of priority for last minute reduced price upgrades and granting priority to FLY CARD PREMIUM credit card holders




The criteria for priority on the list of those entitled to a reduced a price last minute upgrade
as of December 10, 2015:

  • Member’s tier
  • Type of flight ticket
  • FLY CARD PREMIUM credit card holders. For customers with an Israeli bank account, subject to Matmid Club regulations and rules
  • The number of Basic Points the member amassed during the previous 12 months from EL AL and/or UP flights only
  • Matmid Club membership seniority


The criteria for priority on the list of those entitled to a reduced price last minute upgrade until
December 9, 2015:
  • Member’s tier
  • Type of flight ticket
  • The number of Basic Points the member amassed during the previous 12 months from EL AL and/or UP flights only
  • Matmid Club membership seniority
