​UP Bonus Tickets

 

EL AL is updating the price lists for bonus tickets on EL AL flights with points based on seasonality, so that you can enjoy lower prices during the winter season.



Points required for utilizing bonus tickets on UP flights, in one direction, for reservations and ticketing as of January 20, 2015

  • Utilizing a bonus ticket is subject to payment of taxes as determined by ticket status
  • Winter season: January 1-March 24; November 1-December 31. Summer season: March 25-October 31
  • Booking a bonus ticket and immediate ticketing in designated reservation class E
  • When booking the flight, indicate that you would like to order a bonus ticket
  • A purchased bonus ticket provides UP Basic service
  • It is not possible to sign up for flights on standby status
  • Reserving through the Telephone Service Center entails a handling fee of $20. Top Platinum members are exempt from payment of this handling fee
  • Changing the name of the passenger or the destination is not allowed
  • Changing the date is subject to a handling fee of $60. Top Platinum and Platinum passengers are exempt from payment for change of date up to 24 hours before the flight
  • Canceling a bonus ticket entails a fee of $60. Top Platinum and Platinum customers will not be charged until February 9, 2015. Starting from February 10, 2015 Top Platinum and Platinum customers will be charged $10
  • No Show for the flight entails a payment of $100
