Matmid Club members who hold FLY CARD or FLY CARD PREMIUM credit cards can receive bonus tickets to many destinations at special prices. For customers with an Israeli bank account, subject to Matmid Club regulations and rules

  • Payment for bonus tickets is with points + cash supplement
  • Prices are valid only for Matmid members holding FLY CARD or FLY CARD PREMIUM credit cards. For customers with an Israeli bank account, subject to Matmid Club regulations and rules
  • The above prices do not include taxes and all additions applying to bonus tickets. The price at the time of ticketing will prevail. For information, contact the EL AL Reservations Center at Tel. 03-9771111 (extension 5) 8am – 1am
  • Table of fuel surcharges charged when utilizing bonus tickets with points
  • Bonus tickets can be issued on the EL AL website home page or through the EL AL Matmid Club website or through the EL AL Direct Sales Center at Tel. *2250 or 03-9771111 8am – 1am or through your travel agent. When contacting the EL AL Reservations Center, please mention catalog number CRDPROMO
  • Contacting the Direct Sales Center entails a handling fee of NIS 40 (shekel equivalent of $10)
  • The deal is valid for new reservations only, as of the date of publication of the deal
  • Reservations and ticketing as of the date of publication and until December 31, 2014; Economy Class – E, Business Class – X
  • For bonus ticket conditions as part of the deal
  • Missing points may be supplemented with money
  • Regarding a “remote sales transaction” (as defined in the Consumer Protection Law, 5741 – 1981, henceforth: Consumer Protection Law), cancelation of the transaction is allowed within 14 days from the transaction date and not less than 7 work days before the date that the journey begins (the first flight as specified on the flight ticket / voucher confirming reservation)
  • Regarding a transaction that is not a “remote sales transaction” as defined in the Consumer Protection Law, regulations regarding transaction cancelation, 5771-2010, will apply, according to which cancelation of the transaction is allowed within 14 days from the date the transaction was completed, but not less than 18 work days before the date that the journey begins (the first flight as specified on the flight ticket / voucher confirming reservation). The above will not apply to accommodations, travel, vacation and recreation which take place wholly outside of Israel, including continuation flights to the flights that originated in Israel that are provided by another airline and vacation packages outside of Israel for which the passenger received cancelation conditions from the supplier of the services before completing the transaction
  • Cancelation of the above transaction must be made in writing – by email or fax, directly to the party from whom the flight ticket was purchased
  • If these conditions are met, cancelation of the ticket will entail a cancelation fee of 5% of the value of the transaction or NIS 100, the lesser of the two
  • In all other cases, and subject to all laws, the EL AL policy regarding cancelations will apply, subject to ticket conditions. For this matter, not using transportation services that have been ordered, whether in whole or in part, for any reason, will also be considered cancelation of a reservation
  • The tickets are valid only for EL AL flights, even in cases of cancelations or changes initiated by EL AL
  • The number of seats is limited. The minimum number of flight tickets offered as part of the deal: Economy Class – 4500; Business Class – 650
  • Subject to ticket conditions and seat availability
  • Subject to deal terms, Matmid Club regulations and rules as published on the EL AL website
  • The flights are subject to EL AL's general transportation conditions as specified on the EL AL website
  • No points will be earned on these deal tickets
  • EL AL may cancel the deal or change the conditions at any time with no prior notification
  • Errors and omissions excepted
