TLV Airport Terminals

In addition to being Israel's largest airport, Ben-Gurion Airport serves as the home terminal for EL AL Airlines. The following information will help you to feel right at home there.

Terminal 3

The terminal has three main levels: Level 3 is for departing passengers, who enter directly at that level; Level 2 is for public transportation; Level G (ground floor) is for arriving passengers and for greeting incoming passengers. A fourth level (Level S) is where the train station is located.
Terminal 3 offers easy and convenient access to those with disabilities. An escort and assistance service is available at any time for passengers with disabilities. For assistance by a service representative, simply ask at the Information counter.

The terminal provides many services for those flying to EL AL's many destinations. The airport offers a number of restaurants, cafes, and pizzeria and hamburger shops from well-known chains, as well as VIP lounges that serve light meals and hot and cold drinks to those eligible for entry.
Three banks have branches in the Greeters Hall for currency exchange. Also available are duty free shops for fashion and clothing items, electronics, toys, music and others.

Terminal 1

In addition to serving international low cost flights, Terminal 1 is home to EL AL's domestic flights to Eilat. Terminal 1 is located closer to the two entry gates to Ben-Gurion Airport. Its passenger halls - for flight check-in and registration, departures, arrivals and greeting incoming passengers - are all located on one level. A free local shuttle connects Terminals 1 and 3.

*The airport has three short-term parking lots. The first, opposite Terminal 3, offers parking of up to 24 hours, the second (Lot 1) is located opposite Terminal 1. The third (Lot 13), provides parking in the cargo area from 5am to 8pm.
