NEW YORK, NY - February 13, 2008 - EL AL, Israel’s national airline, welcomed Sports Illustrated swimsuit models Jessica Gomes and Julie Henderson, who traveled to Israel to be photographed and filmed for the 2008 Annual Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Magazine issue, due out this week.  With a circulation of millions, the publication is the most widely read single issue of any magazine in the world.

The models traveled on EL AL with a Sports Illustrated crew of 15 for a two-week photo shoot in Israel this past fall. They were photographed amid the ruins in Caesarea, in the ancient city of Akko and at the Dead Sea, the lowest place on earth.
