EL AL TO ISSUE – Agents to send VMPD for ticketing.
Matmid points voucher must be requested at least 7 days before departure.

1. G Class – All reservations are subject to class availability!
   Minimum stay: 5 Days
   Maximum stay: 1 Month
   CHILD & INFANT: Not Applicable
2. Confirmed reservation for entire journey, SIMULTANEOUS TICKETING
3. Domestic add-ons not permitted. Purchase a separate ticket.
4. Fares exclude:
   Any applicable service charges/ticketing fees.
   The above charges are subject to change according to the US$ rate of exchange.
5. Rebooking: After departure permitted before expiry of flight coupon at USD100 penalty observing the maximum stay. Cancellation/ No-Show penalty: 25%. After departure: No refund
6. Deal vouchers can be issued through the EL AL website www.elal.co.il on the e-club page.
7. Before issuing the voucher on the internet site, carefully read all the deal terms and verify that the voucher meets the conditions. A voucher that is issued and does not meet the terms of the deal will entail a cancellation fee of $30.
8. A deal voucher that has not been used and not ticketed may be returned for a cancellation fee of $30.
9. A regular bonus voucher issued for the deal dates before publication of this deal may be exchanged for a deal voucher – for a $30 handling fee.
10. Reservations made up to15 days before the flight must be ticketed within 3 days of the date of the reservation. Reservations made within 14 days of the flight must be ticketed within 24 hours.
11. Missing points may be purchased for money, if the member's account has a minimum of half the number of required points for the deal voucher.
12. There will be no return of points and/or money after the deal ticket has been ticketed.
13. Deal tickets are valid for EL AL flights only, even in the event of flight cancellations or changes made by the airline.
14. The deal tickets cannot be upgraded.
15. The deal is for Matmid Club members in South Africa only and only for flights that originate from Johannesburg, South Africa.
16. The number of seats is limited.
17. Subject to ticket conditions.

19. The ticket fares indicated are as of the date of this publication and are subject to change in accordance with decisions by the relevant authorities.
