It is important to emphasize that point accumulation is individual and points cannot be transferred to others.

To take advantages of these benefits, all you have to do is contact
the Telephone Service Center at *2250 and have a voucher issued.
The voucher entitles you to a bonus ticket or upgrade.

To get the most benefit from your voucher and assure your place on a flight,
call the Telephone  Service Center (independently or through a travel agent); when the voucher is issued,
you receive the voucher serial number.
The voucher number will also be sent as confirmation by email. Members who do not have an email address can see the voucher in their accountant on the e-club page, on EL AL's website.

Now, you can issue upgrade or bonus vouchers, online, any time and from anywhere in the world, using points you have accumulated in your EL AL Frequent Flyer Club account. All you need do is enter
"e-club" on the EL AL website, choose your flight destination and issue the voucher in the service class of your choice.

And there's more …. using the website, you can send the upgrade or bonus-flight voucher you've just issued to be ticketed, and then get the flight ticket sent directly to your email inbox!*

*The ticket will be sent to you by email if it is an electronic ticket (e-ticket). If tickets to your destination cannot be issued electronically, you can contact the EL AL office nearest you for ticketing the voucher

Using the voucher number, members can contact any EL AL branch,
or a travel agent, by phone, and issue a flight ticket.
The Ticket shall then be sent directly to the email address.

Bonus ticket and upgrade vouchers must be ticketed at EL AL offices up to 24 hours (full work days) before the flight date.
Bonus ticket that will be issued up to 3 days prior to departure date (not including the day of the flight ) will entail a fee of $50 upon ticketing.
For example, for a flight on August 10, the ticket must be issued by August 6.
Please be sure to order the voucher well in advance.

Bonus tickets are ticketed in a special class on all EL AL flights. When reserving your flight, please mention that you have a bonus ticket. It is recommended to reserve your seat with a bonus ticket as early as possible, so as to ensure your place on the desired flight. The special classes for bonus flights will be available most days of the year. On certain days during peak seasons and holidays, bonus seats will not be allotted.
